Our Team Manager Celebrates Significant Milestone

We’re proud to mark the twentieth work anniversary of our team manager, Nikki Goodwin.

Our longest-serving team member, Nikki joined the firm as an office temp after a short career stint in insurance, and has never looked back!

From starting off with office filing and admin, Nikki soon progressed her career in accountancy. Affectionately known as our ‘payroll princess,’ Nikki heads up our payroll function and the virtual finance office service for some of our larger clients.

Nikki said, “I never imagined when I started as an admin temp twenty years ago that I’d go from filing to a fully-fledged payroll specialist and team manager! What was initially a stopgap has become a rewarding career thanks to the encouragement and mentoring I’ve received at Swinton Accountants.

“The firm has become like a family to me, and I look forward to what the next twenty years will bring!”
