Is it a hassle to switch accountants?

Not at all. If you and your company are already with another accountant, that’s no problem. Once you instruct us, we’ll get in touch with your accountant and handle all the paperwork, with minimum hassle to you.

How much will it cost?

The cost varies depending on how big your company is and how much support you need. We’ll discuss your exact needs and tailor our services to you. The level of support can grow with your business, and you can add on services as you need them, such as payroll and our Virtual Finance team.

Are phone calls really included in your service?

Yes. As we said above, we’re not typical accountants. We don’t believe you should be charged every time you pick up the phone, and our team members don’t fill out timesheets like most accountancy practices do. When you phone during office hours, you’ll always get to speak to a member of the team, not an answering service or a frustrating menu of options.

Will I get the same person looking after my affairs?

As a smaller, family-run firm, we aim to give you a dedicated advisor who’ll get to know you and your business inside out. Many of our team members have been with us between five and twenty-plus years.

Do you only have clients in East Anglia?

We look after clients in Norwich, Norfolk, East Anglia and across the whole of the UK. Rest assured, wherever you’re based, we’ll hold face-to-face or virtual meetings at least once a year, and we’re always at the end of a phone.

What types of businesses do you work with?

We primarily work with owner-managed limited companies, although we also work with start-ups and have helped businesses to incorporate. We work with a wide range of industries, including retail, construction, hospitality, manufacturing, motor trade and more.

I’m not good with technology and just want someone to take all that off me

We understand. Many of our clients aren’t tech savvy, so we can tailor our service to the needs of the business. We’ll take care of all the accounts software and submissions at our end. We can speak to you in person or over the phone, rather than virtual meetings – whatever you prefer.
